LAGAR SANTANA is a four bedroom villa situated in the hills with spectacular views to Sierra Tejeda Mountains. Although it is situated in a quiet and peaceful location, it is only 50 minutes from Malaga airport and the nearest village is 5 minutes by car. It provides an ideal base for relaxing family holidays and is only 20 minutes to the resort of Torre del Mar which has a 4km long sandy beach with numerous shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a waterpark, and a large shopping centre. The ground floor has a living-room with fireplace, a separate fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a spacious patio and a barbecue. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath.
It has a swimming-pool of 7 x 3.5 with wonderful views.This villa is also very well located for bird watchers, walking enthusiasts and mountain bikers. It is possible to walk to Cutar, Almachar, El Borge and, for the more energetic, Benamagosa. All these villages have a selection of bars, restaurants and small grocery shops. Prices in the chart are per week. They include linen and towels. For those who stay longer than a week, cleaning service is included every seven days. The time to leave the house is before 12:00 a.m and time to enter is after 16:00 p.m.
